Default Flop top set...led into on the flop...

1/2 NL Live
$300 effective stacks (I have $400+)
I'm in middle position with QQ
early position raise to $15
I decide to call and see what the flop brings...not willing to over invest at this point if he comes back with a re-reraise...
5 callers to the flop (pot $75)

FLOP Q 9 2 (with 2 hearts)
original raiser leads out for 75 (with approx 200 behind)
folds around to me with 2 people to act behind me
I don't put him on a heart draw but want to charge any of the people behind me a bit to play so i raise to 150 total
everyone folds back to original raiser who calls the 75

TURN brings a heart lower than a Q...
He checks to me and I push him in for his last $135

Questions
1) any reason to re-raise preflop after a tight players raise from early position?
2) Is the min re-raise on the flop an OK play or should I have just pushed on the flop knowing that I'm committed to the pot
3) On the turn since I didn't have him on a draw (figured an overpair or possibly a lower set) any reason not to push

Thanks...

Default Re: Flop top set...led into on the flop...

Preflop is completely playe r dependant. If he's super tight, then calling is prob best; if he seems like an idiot then raising is obv best and anywhere between it depends still.

On the flop you should either call or raise larger. The merits of calling lie in the possibility that you may induce furhter action from people behind you on the flop or from the UTG player on the turn that you wouldn't have otherwise got. Raising will most likely get you HU with the UTG player unless someone behind has a strong hand. You're basically hoping he has AA/KK/AQ, in which case I would say he's going to call any raise. Therefore a minraise has to be the worst option here.

As for the turn, obv a push is the play.
