FTP wont load

I can't connect to FTP. I just got my computer back, and all other sites load, but FTP doesnt. the opening screen just says "Trying again..." and then "Sorry, unable to connect." It never says "connecting..."

Anyway, any help would be appreciated. I've tried to redownload the software and it still won't work. Thanks.

Could be a firewall issue. What firewall are you using?
