I know, if villain is a fish, he turns up with a ton of hands here and this _is_ very EV longterm. But I had this situation with similar stacks and
similar villains (30/9 and so on) like 4-5 times in my poker life. And they always have it here.
My Q:
Is this a sacred poker constellation to penetrate the fish with holy honey and milk to establish their one and only second of piece?
Do I respect this situation or do I have to check fold here?
Will someone arise and show me a hand where that cursed toppair invokes the end of days?

I assume by "it" you mean a worse hand than yours.

No, no.

Its more of an special "it".
e.g.: it was flushed out
or
It was a beautiful moment: a real flush of victory.

Something like that.

Seeing as you seem to like placing these things in a broader perspective: Salience

Which is to say, more often than not your hand is good and you're getting 2 to 1 on your money...
