I feel like I played this weird.

Anybody fold preflop?

Check/call the river?

I'd 3bet shove river against some people and fold PF.

I would fold preflop, but otherwise I don't see a problem here.

On the river, I think a check-call misses value, on average, since Villain has shown so little postflop strength, you have a very good hand, and it's really only a slowplay that we're worried about.

That said, I wouldn't be very happy when Villain made his actual min-raise. I mean, JT is the kind of hand that some people like to min-raise preflop, and to some extent KQ is as well.
