Default I has a FD vs a frustrated reg and a decent reg

Is this mindnumbingly standard? PFR doesn't have to have an ace to raise here as I've seen him fold to raises in these spots. Is this fine 3-way? I feel if I just call that our frustrated reg is gonna squeeze with a lot of hands. When he flats I get scared.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $180.05
BB: $147.20
UTG: $234.55
CO: $200.00
Hero (BTN): $222.25

Reads: BB is a 32/9/5 over 400 hands and I think he sucks. We've tangled a bit, I have put a few moves on him and he's folded, he seems passive.

BTN is 18/16/6 over 900 and I know he's a pretty active member in the cardrunners forums.

Preflop: Hero is dealt 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG folds, CO raises to $7.00, Hero calls $7.00, SB folds, BB calls $5.00

Flop: ($22) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 Players)
BB checks, CO bets $17.00, Hero raises to $50.00, BB calls $50.00, CO folds

Turn: ($139) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB bets $70.00, Hero folds
Uncalled bet of $70.00 returned to BB

Pot Size: $139.00 ($3 Rake)

Ah sick, I meant CO. For [censored], I'm running around 24/20 this session, I am looser than normal and I'm not sure if my buddy datamines or not. So he may think I'm a LAGtard or a drunken nit.

My coach and I really discussed this type of draw in depth in our AIM chats today and he advocated just calling with the flush draw in this spot. you still have BB to act and basically you only have the hearts that make your hand. raising gets you in a sick spot if BB wants to check raise.

he doesn't want me to name him while we are still in the lab and I'm getting my coaching.

He's pretty revolutionary though.

We might work on a SSNL book that 2+2 will publish when we are finished.

I expect this work to completely revolutionize sklanskys previous thoughts on how much to invest with the 2nd nuts in nl.
