Default Bluffing with 66, $200 NL

Villain had just sat down recently so no real reads. Good? Bad?
I figure villain's range is mostly weak one pair hands and draws. Raise to fold out the weak pairs and charge the draws.

i probably wouldn't do this when readless, but the villains play makes it looks like he is stupid, and those donks are usually weak, so it isn't bad. the only trouble is he may have a weak pair (98 or something) and still call you down cos he is so bad.

also if he is the type to bluff when he misses draws then you cannot really bluff catch with only a 66 if he fires the river

I'd just raise the flop and 2 barrel good turn cards like an ace or king, check behind on blanks.. it's cheaper than raising the turn, plus he'll prolly check to showdown and you get to find out what he's weak donk-betting with.. which is a important piece of info..

to a thinking player your line is mighty fishy. You're not holding much given flop action. He might fold 9x but I don't see him folding Jx here.

Yeah I'm definitely repping nothing but preflop, flop, and turn tell me villain is an idiot so I figure that doesn't really matter.

oh villain is def. a moron but in my experience these guys don't fold much. In his mind JJ is the only hand he should be scared of so he'll call this turn with Jx if he has it, and you have to put AA-QQ in his range as well. In general making moves on these morons, especially with only 2 outs left in the deck for you if you're behind, is -EV. Your move is folding 9x, and maybe flush draws. I'd raise the flop or fold the turn as played.
