Default Turning top 2 and slowplaying set. NL100

Villain here is 65/13 over 23 hands and obv seems pretty bad. He's not maniacal postflop though and I dont think he's pushing draws on the turn here.

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $127.67
BB: $109.10
UTG: $168.43
Hero (MP): $98.00
CO: $89.79
BTN: $218.32

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $4.00</font>, CO folds, BTN calls $4.00, SB folds, BB calls $3.00

Flop: ($12.50) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $10.00</font>, BTN calls $10.00, BB folds

Turn: ($32.50) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $24.00</font>, <font color="red">BTN raises all-in to $204.32</font> Hero?

FWIW he snappcalled the flopbet.

For hand #2
villain is 21/21 over 14 hands and he seems decent and agressive.

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $81.67
BB: $376.23
UTG: $135.50
CO: $139.43
Hero (BTN): $95.50

Preflop: Hero is dealt 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG folds, <font color="red">CO raises to $4.00</font>, Hero calls $4.00, 2 folds

Flop: ($9.50) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">CO bets $7.00</font>, Hero calls $7.00

I snapcalled here to try make my hand look like a small pocket. Usually I raise here but I didnt think he was strong and able to fire 2 barells.

Turn: ($23.50) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">CO bets $19.00</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $38.00</font>

The miniraise was a missclick, meant to raise more but was about to timeout but it really shouldnt matter that much.

Thoughts about this line?

1: snappy snappy

2: meh, just raise the flop. If you have a history of floating it's fine i guess

1. Call. If you're behind you still have 6 outs (unless he has QQ, which is unlikely since he didn't raise pf)

2. I like raising the flop, but I don't see anything wrong with just calling. It's a dry flop you could easily float this with a ton of hands. The minraise could easily work in your favor, you may get him to stick around.
