Default PokerTracker analysis

Hi, I just got my PT, just wondering is there a good thread in the LHE section that shows how to see the basic stats of PT? And also what are some recommended stats that winning players have?

Thank you.

I actually got got it myself and have used it for ~500 hands. It seems to me that BB/100 shows if they are a winning player. VP$IP shows how loose they are preflop (high percentage technically means they play a lot of marginal hands).

Just a few pieces.

You could do worse than start with the stats section in the FAQ/Guidelines sticky in this forum.

I have two suggestions about using PT, use their forums for understanding all the information available to you and be careful of trying to play to match stats of other players. Play ABC poker and your stats will fall in line.

In other words don't look too much into it until you have a good number of hands to look at,then PT reveals its true strength, showing you where you have holes.
