Default how\'s this triple barrel?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $4 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP ($222.50)
Button ($754.50)
SB ($163.25)
BB ($95.30)
Hero ($398)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
Hero raises to $16, 1 fold, Button calls $16, 2 folds.

Flop: ($38) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $32, Button calls $32.

Turn: ($102) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $78, Button calls $78.

River: ($258) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $272 (All-In),

- i thought about crai on the turn instead. thoughts?
- if i'm going to 3barrel, do i need to push the river or does a smaller bet work (say 150)?
- for preflop, note that it's 5-handed. i probably could have folded anyway though b/c the bb is short. please don't dwell on that.
- thoughts in general?

villain is basically unknown. he's 24/10 in 25 hands.

I´m not so sure if you dont get looked up by a solid pair/suspicous villain on such a kind of board more than you would like? By the river all draws missed so what might Hero have here beside AT/set. And seriously - would you really shove river with above mentioned range, then you must put villain on a really strong hand which is almost impossible to have here, which wouldnt call your 3barrel bluff on the river anyways...

You fold out all missed draws (draws with weak pairs for sure) but i think a 3/4 PSB on the river would have achieved the same.

River screams bluff to me. If villain's smart he'd call, which he did. Betting MUCH smaller leaving chips behind looks scarier than this shove.

i like this play but i'd pretty much never make it in a game. i'm convinced that people refuse to fold after calling 2 barrels.
