BBV please help me find the name of this song!

Saw it in some stupid commercial today and even though I've heard it dozens of times before now all of the sudden it's stuck in my head. I didn't realize this in time to remember any lyrics or see what the commercial was for. all I have to go on is my memory of the melody. for lack of a better idea, I whistled the beat into my mic and uploaded it onto the internets. The real beat is in guitar and is one octive lower (I can't whistle that low). The singing is high pitched for guys and sounds sort of like the Flaming Lips.

I'm also too incompetent to figure out a way to host it so you can just click the link and listen. If anyone knows how please tell me and I'll edit. Two sites were supposed to do it but neither of them want to play it some some stupid reason, so here's a download. It's just a harmless .wav file for the paranoid.

I said I couldn't get any lyrics. The only words I think I heard before the commercial went off is "we got the power." Might be totally off though.
