Default Party Warning Me about PT

A while ago I received a message from PP that read: "The PartyPoker.com application has detected that you have a software program running on your computer that gives you an unfair advantage over other players. It is in strict violation of out Terms and Conditions . . .If you persist in using the program we must warn you that your account may be closed and any funds remaining in your account may be deemed forfeited."

I was wondering if anyone else has received this message, and if so, how did they go about resolving the issue?

PokerTracker is the only program I use while playing, besides the PAHUD I have.

Wait a minute, hijack.

What would the world be like if party forbid PT/PA and somehow made them incompatible with their software??

DISCUSS!

About 10 posts down the page, someone will mention a website and you'll reply "oh yes I visited it once, but only to look at my own stats". I predict...

It would suck. Because that's what's HAPPENING TO ME! I mean, I know for a fact that the software is compatible because I'm still able to use it,(and others still use it) but I WON'T USE IT because I don't want my account seized. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else, and if so, how they resolved the issue? Was Party just BSing or did they have to switch to some other program? Or is there a way around it that's viable?

What does this have to do with them accusing me of running an unfair "software application?"
