i'd fold QQ too. unless you think he's up to something his range is probably about AA-QQ, AK.

QQ is much more interesting but still I fold unless I have some reason to think he is 4betting light. Its a 4bet not a 3bet you know. A 4bet is almost always a lot stronger than a 3bet even from this kind of player.
