Default sb position many linper do you limp with any two cards

hi sounds maybe stupid but in small blind with 3 limpers + bb i feel compeled to call with any two cards even 72 is it a loosing play in the long run ?

I play low level tourney and usually you can make a good profit if you hit big

it might be +ev if you can get away from the hand when you miss, and if you don't literally do it with any two cards. for e.g., if you literally stay on 7-2, there's very few flops that you're going to be comfortable going forward with - 77x 22x 72x 568 689 a34. & some of those could be compromised & if it's a draw you may note have the odds to chase it. & you're out of position the whole rest of the hand.

It depends on the implicit odds. Ie how deep are the players stacks. With deep stack the implicit odds are great and one should call with ATC. With shallow stacks it's better to fold.
