After the flop checks, I would've bet out on the turn. UTG thinks you have nothing, and is making a semi-bluff. I would've bet out to make him pay for the river.

Fold pre-flop to the limp/re-raise - you're calling off 1/3 of your stack OOP against what is almost always a big hand. At this level, the limp/re-raise is pretty much always AA/KK/AK, and you're way behind that range.
Personally, I don't call the first raise even though it's such a pretty-looking hand. |

Fold PF. This hand is easily dominated, and hard to play out of position. Calling the 3bet (1/3 of villains stack) is terrible. You may as well have just lit $2.85 on fire.
