processguard & snoopfree, but still .dll files on desktop
I had the lhh.dll file as well as a new one, DM.dll on my desktop when I closed party today. Does that mean that they still somehow are spying on me? Process guard is enabled and it's no longer in learning mode so it should be working properly. Snoop free has blocked a bunch of attempts, but perhaps something got through?

Re: processguard & snoopfree, but still .dll files on desktop
that's a weird one.
but... you would think if party was spying on you, the party software would not leave those files on your desktop. and "if" they left any files, they would leave them in the party directory just my thoughts |

Re: processguard & snoopfree, but still .dll files on desktop
The existence of a .DLL doesn't mean that it could do anything.
ProcessGuard prevents that .DLL from being injected into other running processes (assuming you configured it properly), but Party could still drop the .DLL file on your computer, just like it can write an .HHF file. |

Thanks for the explaination. I think I had the wrong boxes checked. Now it's protected from modifying and reading, whereas it was permitted to modify and read.
