Default chipleader or chiploser?

Im not sure which is important-chiplead or survival.
For example MTT 10 minutes levels.
You are sitting with all yourfriends in the same table.
They all dump chips for you,and yo are great chipleadee early on.Is this activity +EV for us?.Im not sure, because when blinds increasing rapidly,is it better to be shortstack and put emphases on survival?

I'd say its pretty clear that more chips>>>less chips. Chip dumping is also cheating fwiw.

Im not cheating lol .I just gave some theoterical sample.
It seems like in some conditions chiploser is favorable positsion. For example my stack is 6k,blinds 600+ante,i can do squeese play against stealers ,limpers and tripling up by being HU(dead money)
Second exmaple -all cover my stack.If i lose all-in im out.if im all-in with 6k against 7k and i win.Then my opponent has left 1k chips(practically dead money,useless chips)

I don't think there is any situation where having less chips would be of any benefit to you. The goal of the game is to accumulate chips, so having less so you can make a play to get more just doesn't make sense.

i think he's asking if you would rather have say 5 chances with shortstacks. or 1 chance with a big stack. say 5 friends playing in a tourney, and they all share the winning so long as one of them wins.

Oh good lord, what a ridiculous thread.

You can do any squeeze move etc. with a large stack too. I think the point of most tournaments is to get all the chips. They call the person that does that the winner. So you... you know... want a big stack.

This is the dumbest thing I've ever seen.

Locked.
