Default $3 TT overpair calldown, very bad but what exactly?

this is first lvl, do i raise flop? i'm guessing yes. As played, is the calldown ok?

Make it 240-300 on the flop. As played, I like the calldown, river is probably a call but I always get a bit wary when someone's bet the flop and turn weak but then bets bigger on the river.
