Default 3/6 hand flopped top2 oop 160BB pot - standard?

My second session NL600 on FTP. Have been around in the 400NL games for ~2 months, moving up to 600 now. Villain seems to be solid. I have him at 18/14/3.5 over 1.2k hands. Only history we have is that i 2barreled him oop on AKQ turn K board in a reraised pot with 8 high, he folds. My image is tight, not nitty, sth like 21/18/4.

Although admittedly the jack is not the best card for us.

River bet size is going to give cause for concern to AK, may want to bet smaller to guarantee a call.
