Default 200nl I want it all but how?

villain is 43/24/1.7 and his turn cr % is ~2. a 7 calls a shove all day but do i let such a passive player try to bluff the river or should i shove here? obv if a 7 or 4 rolls off i have a sick river spot. if a diamond rolls off he may feel screwed and not put much more in the pot. so are we usually shoving here, with 100bbs behind? or do we try and let him bet river with 2nd best?

fwiw i've been nitty on this table. not many hands.

250 more behind, pot will be around 140 if we just call his turn raise. We really lose value when he gets a river he doesn't like and we fail to stack him.
