I fold this 200+ BBs deep. This turn and river line is for value, so he thinks he has the best hand. And unless you know that he will overvalue single pairs, this is a fold. You beat a number of 2pairs though. But people will often minraise big hands preflop. I have a very bad feeling about a call here. I guess you see TT, JJ, KK, AA here most of the time.

Villain calls the three bet so weaker hands like trip 444 is not likely. AJ, AT, JT you are ahead of. Villain is not taking this line with AQ,AK I think he shuts down with those hands. You are behind AA,KK,JJ,TT. I think this is probably a fold since I would weight all those PP's much more heavily than the hands you beat.

I play it the same and fold river or possibly call the turn for pot control.
