Default What is a good ROI/ITM for Heads-up SnG\'s?

I am not sure why, but I decided to play some heads-up SnG's this weekend. I don't think I have really played these before, maybe once.

I played a few different buy-ins ($12,$23, $34 I think). I tried 3 HU tables at once, in addition to another standard game and realized that 3 HU games at once was too many as I felt they were too quick.

I definitely liked that the games did not last too long (maybe 10-15 min on avg).

Anyway, I had mixed results. Somewhere I thought I heard that they are super easy and we should have a very high ROI/ITM. At the end of my 1st night I had an ROI of around 11% and ITM of around 56% (I don't recall the exact figures). HU has never been a strength of mine, which is probably why I decided to play some HU. I am sure my results are much lower than what they should be (this is the story of my poker life.)

So my question is"

What is a good ROI and ITM for Heads Up SnG's? (specifically $11's, $22's)

Thanks
