SB: $180.00
Hero: $283.20

Pre-flop: (2 players) Hero is BB with :ah :qd
SB calls, [color=#cc0000]Hero raises to $11</font>, SB calls.

Flop: :9d :kd :6c ($25, 2 players)
[color=#cc0000]Hero bets $19</font>, SB calls.

Hero?

I think we can conclude that if we bet and get raised, we're beat, but we still got a good equity vs his range. What kinda bet do you prefer vs this sorta stacksize, and what's your line vs a fullstacker?

I like a c/c if he is aggro or a b/f if he is passive.

You do understand that we might be getting the odds to call if we bet?

with that said, would you prefer some sorta smallish bet, say half pot?

I like a c/c. Try to help the converter by editing the suits before posting, makes it easier to read.

This is a value bet unless something weird is going on in the flow of the match.

A king expects you to bluff the ace and calls at least one street, and sometimes makes a call on the river.

Also the board is super dry, and fishy people heads up tend to put their money in with 2nd pair.

With the current stack sizes I would bet 35, and make a decision if he shoved (sometimes calling). That sets you up for a river shove here.

Im with you for betting 35, both for value and protection, but since when is a board "super dry" when there's a 3flush showing? ^^

Well it's not. Betting the turn is not at all for protection, but should be 100% for value.

Admittedly I'm not playing much hu. Tbh after thinking about it I agree b/c is clearly best.

b/c &gt; c/c &gt;&gt; b/f
