Default NL200 AKs faces 3-bet min raise preflop?

This is villians 3rd or 4th hand so no reads.
He min raises me and neither of us has a big stack? How should I play this? Im going to assume if I call, and MP calls, he's going to put half his stack or push the flop.

Whenever a blind makes this sort of raise vs. me when I'm in EP, I'm always quite leery of it - most of the time it's a huge hand, even if he is a loose spew donk. Since he's ss'ed, looks to me like he wants to price you in - if he was deeper I'd 4-bet to $40 and see what he does, but here I think calling is ok, even though we won't be sure if we like it if we hit TPTK and he pots it/shoves right into us.

get it in, hes showing up with under 40BB, I'd raise to like 30, shove any flop, but I kinda like to pressure and gamble with unknown short stackers, they often show up with little.
If this was a regular short stacker nit, I'd just call and see a flop.

Reload PF.

As played, just shove. I'll felt AKs for 36 bets every time.

I don't really see the point in shoving PF. I would call and fold if I miss.
He is obviously trying to get his stack in so if you hit the flop he is not just going to give the hand up.
Additionally, b/c he wants his money in you have little to absolutely no fold equity, so the only thing shoving preflop really accomplishes is ensuring you see 4th and 5th street.

I would much rather pay $13 to see 3 streets and still stack him a big percent of the time when we hit than pay $72 to see 5.

Also, if we pick up a good draw with our overs on the flop I'm still committing, especially if he checks to us.

edit: I forgot about MP also. I think with him behind us still this is a very clear call and fold if he reraises. He could have smooth called with AA/KK, but he will almost always reraise when it comes back to him, so we can avoid shoving into a dominating hand.

There's dead money in the pot. If Hero calls, MP3 is going to come along for the ride as well.
