Default CMS - Which one? Can I have backend/forum?

Hi,

I want to build a professional website which will need to be updated every few days with new text and images. Thus I think going for a CMS would be easier than having a webdesigner do it so I don't have to bug him all the time. However, I want a site built by a professional.

Basically I've found a site which you pay $1500 for the CMS plus they design your website to a professional standard. You then pay $80/month for unlimited support. (i am not from this site or anything, i just found them on google)

I imagine this is better than the free option of Joomla whereby I'd have to design the site myself (thus not look very good) and having support all the time (screen sharing, phone, email).

Also on the CMS sites most don't say about forums, can this be easily added? (i'd want to it be integrated with the site template and design rather than a basic looking forum).

Many thanks if you can help. Do you know of a website where they provide you with good CMS where they also design the site as well (don't mind paying within reason)?
