Hand 1 I'd fold since you aren't really getting very attractive odds, and you could be drawing nearly dead.


Hand 2 I probably just fold the turn.

Hand 1 clear fold, but your preflop raise $5 and flop bet size against position give away that you don't have a set, allowing him to bluff if he was.

Hand 2 villain didn't have much, but you convinced him that you had even less given the play and he shoved on river. If you had shown a little more aggression(somewhat bigger bet sizes, or a reraise somewhere) he would've just folded. Did he show his bluff to you?

I usually cbet less against some idiots. against some guys you can even bet less then 1/2 the pot because they look at their cards at the board, they see a bet and if they dont like cards they fold.

The first hand i would almost definetly fold under those circumstances. The second hand i would have reraised all in on the turn if i were you but since you didn't i would definetly call there since that looks like a huge bluff. He is playing it way to strong to have a 5 or J

you realize that if you show aggression anywhere you're going to be all-in? and then villain is only calling if he has a hand?

raising is the worst thing you can do unless you have a read that a raise will induce a shove with any two.
