it was probably a bad river check, but since i have no read on him at all (this is the 2nd hand of the tourney) i figure it's safe to assume he has 99 - TT and in either case is calling the river, so i just checked behind.

where did i [censored] up/what's my play?

flop bet way too big. Make it small enough so he can raise to see where he's at then fold when you shove.

anyone just flat call here pre flop? Second hand of tourney why not just see a cheap flop with position?
