Im sitting on a at 1 HU table at each of the upper limits.
3 tables.

And he comes to one table and sits against me and says something like "i want all the tables at this limit, you can have I'll leave you with the higher limit" and I'm like uhh "no obviously i won't" so he sits and takes up the HU seat against me. So I open a different HU table and he sits against me there.

He wants the whole limit to himself. I can't play anyone else.

(for fairness, I won't play him, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't be able to play someone else right?)

he doesn't want anyone else sitting HU at that limit at that site.

This doesn't work, look at the Full Tilt 10/20 and 15/30 HU tables for an idea of how it works. Everyone opens their own table and whoever wants to play can choose.

when we are talking Absolute I have what in the industry is called ZERO game selection which means I play anyone and everyone. Kinda how I lose 20-30K some nights. But I am stubborn and a little egotistical so I cant let other players that (HIT AND RUN ON ME) like you did have any type of sharing or caring or anything that benefits your hit and run unethical behavior. I also play up to 6 games at once Heads up which many people find totally crazy BUT I AM CRAZY and will play all 40/80 games HU on absolute at the same time!!! Hit and running to me is up there with Bots!!!! Yes I said it, I hate hit and runners AND bots!!! =)
