Can I lay this down or is this an instacall?

I don't think your average player leads this flop with a draw and then c/r's when they make it. They didn't even have the lead in action preflop. I don't see a donk bet then c/r here meaning the draw hit very often. I think this would be a set trying to 3 bet the flop rather than a flush draw more often.

We called the flop and made our hand.. not folding now.
