Is this a bad push?

Trying to find out when it is right to push when you still have fold equity.

Figured the blinds were about to run through me lowering my equity value so this was an okay push. Who knows when the next time I would be able to open the pot with a stack worth folding marginal hands to, so I went with it.

I don't like it at all. Way too big a stack to shove there. Except for the BTN, no one at that table would like to lose to you even after the blinds run thru you. FE is still big and plenty to steal after the blinds pass.

And if the table has been in pushbot mode, then all the more reasons to wait for a better hand and double up or knock someone out.

I fold here. Yea you have an ok hand, but you also have 7 people behind you and your gonna be wrecked a lot when you get called. Your stack isnt' that short yet, you can afford to wait for a more profitable spot.

Meh, it's not terrible considering the other stacks at the table. Honestly though, I probably fold this. You're too early, and even though you're getting short, you can still afford to go through the blinds and keep a stack that's moderately scary to many others. Fold, get in better position, and make this move after a few more people have passed in front of you.
