Best Electric Shaver?

Alright...I am looking into getting an electric shaver...I'm tired of razor burn on my neck and it doesnt matter which kind of blade i use, what kind of cream/gel or whatever, it doesnt matter...what is the best electric shaver on the market and how much is it?
