Can you hand read well? If so then maybe just a tad more aggro postflop. This post is way too vague though for anyone to give a good answer.

E-mail support and ask them to shut off your doom switch!

Seriously, no one can help you just by knowing your stats. Read through strategy posts and post hands that you think you're having a hard time with.

Fold more preflop.

Be more aggressive post flop.

In other words, nit it up for a while until you get your game down.

If you get bored, then play a few more tables, but try to play tighter and more aggressively on each one.

Other than that, there's not enough information in the OP to hazard any guesses.

You play semi-loose, aggro preflop, passive postflop.

Don't change a thing, you are one of my favorite kinds of opponents.

You are either limping too much or raising too little. You are also not playing well after the flop.
Tighten up until you are a winning player, then you can loosen your standards. Preflop play is small compared to post flop in NL. Good luck.
