If we raise more PF, how do we balance when we are raising weaker hands in a BVB steal? Do you make 4xBB your standard raise when in a BVB steal attempt?

Preflop is completely standard, heads up preflop a pot sized raise is perfect.
This is a fold on the river, if villain doesn't have a straight, this board is full of 2 pair possibilities.
