I thought Stars checks over 1k are sent via Courier

I hadnt ordered a large check from stars in awhile, but the last one over 1k i ordered was sent via regular mail. It took 13 days. I thought it might have been a mistake, so i didnt think much of it. I just ordered another one over 1k, and its been 8 days i dont think its coming via courier. Is this normal or should i complain to them?

Then sent checks via courier over 1k for like the first two weeks after the Neteller debacle but quickly went all regular mail with all their checks which really scares me [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

The checks have been taking longer and LONGER now to get, I have been waiting almost two weeks on the most recent ones. [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

I've been getting all mine in less than 1 week, but they are coming via regular mail and I'm withdrawing typically $5k.

[/ QUOTE ]yep, just as I thought. Why the hell is Stars saying they send "ALL CHEKCS OVER 1K WILL BE SENT VIA COURIER" and then don't. Any theories?? I think they are too damn cheap and lazy [img]/images/graemlins/crazy.gif[/img]

I withdrew over 1k less than a month ago and it was couriered to me in 3 days. I live in Canada.

I think it has to do with FedEx/UPS does not want to be in business with poker sites because of legislation.

I've had the same results as terrelk so far, also in the 5k range. Never had any problems though.

1k checks in 7 days many many times. never a problem.

Well, the check came today wit no problems except that it took 9 business days. I think maybe stars is just using a courier for checks outside the US. I reread their cashout policy page, and it seems like that is a posibility.
