Default Worth it to get a new ePass account?

Given the pending regulations and Berge's comment that the regulations should be coming out in the next week or two, would it be worth it to get an ePassporte account now or should I just wait until the regulations come out to see if ePass is going to be another Neteller?

Personnally I would wait--It would suck if the regs. came out and epass says--oops1, we need to get out of the gambling business and then your money would be tied up-how long?-remember netteller

I am waiting to see what happens. Were the sites attempting to come up with other methods?

if you start the process of opening an account now it'll be just about ready a week after the regs come out
