QQ UTG on an ugly flop 10NL

$0.30 is the standard raise at this table and I'm hoping for 1 caller. Normally I'd go $0.40 UTG but that seems to be scaring everyone out at this table.

I am out of position after the flop and both of the players that called have been floating me so that's what I'm expecting to happen if I bet out. On the other hand there is a very good chance that one of them has an A or K considering that they are calling an UTG raiser. Should I have put in a 2/3 PSB on the flop to see where I am? Yeah, but this flop looks quite scary for a floater to float. My standard is betting 1/2-2/3.

against certain players this situation warrants a raise at 10Nl because every preflop raise is donked into.
