Default NL200...44 flops set on Draw heavy board!

Here is an interesting spot that I have seen criticized multiple times. We hit our set, but he have a board that makes it dangerous.
UTG is all in...do we want to raise this flop, or do we want to call to keep the button in the hand so we can hopefully extract money from him.
Lets say we know he is on the nut flush draw, what would be the optimal way to play it.

I like it as played. If you think he is on a draw then c/c the river since he can't call a shove. If you think he has a pair then just shove, its pretty much read based there. You got a little screwed between the flop and turn though when someone jacked $127 from the pot.
