Default UB Cashout Random Security Check

Anyone get one of these before? Are they really random and does it really take 20 days?

Dear Winning Player,

Thank you for contacting us. Please be advised that your withdrawal has been subject to a random security verification in order to minimize fraudulent activity. This withdrawal is on hold pending verification. Once the random security verification has been completed, you will be contacted with complete details. This process may take up to a maximum of 20 business days. Do not hesitate to contact us if you require further assistance or additional information. Best regards,

This means they think you may have done something naughty. It seems that people usually end up getting their money but it may take you many many many emails first.

I think the trigger was that I have two accounts and have transferred money back and forth. Perhaps I didn't put in enough "cover" play after the final transfer and before the withdrawal.

As stated in this thread
http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showfl...rt=all&vc=1

I have been under the assumption that two accounts are ok. I do not play both at the same time, but one is linked to Epassporte and I like to play BJ on the other.

In reviewing the T&C, however, it seems that two accounts is no longer accepted.

"13. FORFEITURE, ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND CONFISCATION.
The Company reserves the right to cancel your UltimateBet account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Company reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your UltimateBet account in any of the following circumstances:

1. If you have more than one active account at UltimateBet; "

I'm not sure when this changed, but now I'm worried they are going to confiscate my $3000. Had they notified me of the change, I would gladly close one account.

My only reply thus far was a very polite email saying "thank you for letting me know, if there is any way I can be of assistance, please let me know. I would like to expedite resolution so I can redeposit."

Three used to be accepted before AP bought UB. You'll be told to pick one and kill the other then get your loot.

I have a question. Say you have one account on UB which you really don't play on because it has no rakeback. If you would like to start a new one, with no intention of playing your old one ever, to receive rakeback - do you first email UB and ask them to close your account because you'd like to make another?
