? about a 2 day training course

I'm considering sigining up for a boot camp course. I'm interested in the Cash game course. They are offering one at foxwoods soon. From people who have attended these courses, any feedback? I've played mostly $1-2 recently moved to $2-5, and would like to jump to bigger games by year end.
