City league basketball is rigged

Game tonight... we're playing a bunch of high school bball kids that we've played before. Our best player is out and we're down to only one sub.

Nevertheless, we are down by 2 points with under a minute. One of our guys gets fouled shooting a 3 and drains all 3 free throws.

We recover the ball off their missed shot up one with 2 seconds left, but one of their players slaps it out of bounds. The timer runs out, but the ref didn't see their guy slap it out of bounds and awards them the ball with 2 seconds on the clock.

They run an inbounds play and hit a fadeaway at the buzzer to win.
