Did you have a plan at any point in this hand? Seems to me like you made weird tiny bets that probably confused your opponent and then had no idea where you were when he raised. What were you hoping would happen? (I'm not trying to be a dick, I sincerely don't get what you were trying to do here)

Edit: Also, it seems like this river bet is coming almost every time so if you're not gonna call it you should fold turn.

The hand plays easier if you just show him your cards. Then you can be positive he knows what you have instead of pretty sure.
