Fold preflop. I probably call the flop, it's pretty likely we have his Ax dominated on this flop but we might be behind a PP or Tx. How to continue depends pretty much on his 2nd barrel tendencies. My guess would be that the general multitabling tag on nl50 doesn't very often, so c/c flop c/f turn ui is ok.
