Villain is 26/12/3.1.
Although the board is drawy I want to check since I really think he has a set or JJ/QQ, maybe KK...

i think a check would be smart here. ur hand looks like KK or QQ and is scared of the A on the turn. he might see your weakness on the turn and try to steal the pot, bluffing the A as a scare card. if he bets out u can min C/R or push if he bets weak and u think he has a draw

Deffinatly bet, players as a whole aren't aggressive enough to try and bet you off of your hand when a scare card hits. By betting you get more value from draws which with flop action like this is the only type of hand you're winning any more money from anyways.

The thing is: if he had a set he would raise the flop, and if he has a set then he's not folding the turn anything. If he has QQ/JJ then you're probably not getting anything from him anyway as well.

That just leaves draws so just bet something to give him bad odds, like $80, which leaves you with about $80.


One way of maybe getting a call from JJ+ would be to shove! (repping a bluff).
