If he's as passive as you say he's not going to raise you without a better hand, so bet/folding seems safe. On the other hand, he's likely to look you up with any pair. I'd expect to win a bet from A6, A7, A8, 8x a lot here.

This card isn't as bad as it looks.
It completes a backdoor flush draw, only. And aside from a random 4x, which is unlikely, or at least less likely, it only completes gutshot straights. Bet/fold.
