Against a guy this passive I would just call, bet the turn to set my price for the draw and hope I hit.

I don't really like the shove.

its an ok shove i guess. youre risking a lot to win a little though. and when you get called, your overcards probably arent outs.

calling looks best here, or you could pop it to $60-70.
