He has a draw more ofthen than he has you beat, but you need to combine the probability of him sucking out with the chance he's ahead. Consideing that there are only 14 combinations of cards that beat you (assuming he doesn't have AA), I think it's a push.

I probably fold PF and fold to the 50$ flopraise. Don't go broke in an unraised pot.
His range is prolly somethomh like Acxc, Tc9c, A8, A7, any set or some extremly weird played AK |

Tough without good reads but, especially with his big stack, i think he raises from the co with anything that beats us. ie.AA, A7, A8 77 or 88 so I think he is drawing to a flush or a straight. Our hand is too weak to call with, and by shoving you give him 2.25-1, which is plenty good for him to call with. So given that he will call and the lack of reads to confirm his preflop action, I fold.
