Default QT 2 pair pretty deep

Villain is 40/8/1 over 120 hands. He got his stack from an aces all in vs kings preflop. As far as I know, this is the first time I've seen him ch/r a flop. Hes been limp/folding alot so I think the preflop play is alright.

I was kinda scared by the flop ch/r, fearing TT or 66 and went into pot control. Should I bet this turn? 3 bet/fold the flop? On the river, I only really beat bluffs, any point in calling this since I showed weakness on the turn?
