QQ hand against bad player:
villain goes too far with top pair bad kicker from a previous hand. He's 40/12/1.
Should I just have reraised the flop because of draws and worse pairs? If I reraise, I am looking to get all in? As played, can I call for a safe turn and then get in on the turn? Please ignore the turn min-raise; it was a misclick.
