Default at what point is it acceptable to savagely beat the dealer

with a tire iron until he turns into an infantile retard?

2/5 NL playing with 1500 give or take ~100, villain has 2k or so.

99 in the cutoff, 2nd to my left raises to 15, i re-raise to 40, button calls, everyone folds to villain who calls.

794 rainbow flop. villain is a maniac and if he has an overpair or any piece of that flop, i can probably get him to stack off. he leads for 80. i min raise to 160. button folds, he re-raises to 500. i go all in, he calls immediately.

turn 9

river 4

shippppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp it

as i'm raking in the chips and the dealer is about to put the deck in the shuffler, seat 2 notices that a card from the deck was in the shuffler the whole time. dealer tells me to stop raking the chips and put the money i won back in the pot. floor's called. they count out the cards in the dealer's hand and sure enough there's 51. the hand is cancelled. all money is returned to the players involved. i'm absolutely astonished. i leave knowing staying would not be good for my monies.

beat: lost $1600 i shoulda won were it not for this [censored] retard 7th grade dropout dealing the cards.
brag: we didn't pay rake on the hand!
variance: at least i'm not a leper.
EDIT: brag 2: no BOOYAH!s (now go ahead and BOOYAH in reply)

Maybe I'm a bit naive here.

Shouldn't the focus be on seat 2?

Or both the dealer and seat 2?

Edit: Wait, you know what. Never mind.

no

peppermill has a history of idiotic rulings. a few months ago i went over there to play some tournies and the cash games were absurd. played 5/10 NL uncapped, went all in with KK pf and this drunk guy was trying to get a recap of the action in the hand before he made the decision. everyone at the table refused to give it to him. i called the clock on him. 3 minutes later i said i called the clock on him, wtf? 3 minutes later floor comes. i tell them, i want a [censored] clock called on him. floor counts down from 60. hits 0. hand is still not dead. 2 minutes later the drunk guy calls with AJo. flops the A. gg 3k.

I think the correct response is to just sit relaxed in your seat, calmly pull out your six shooter and shoot seat 2. Then just stare at the dealer until the chips move your way.

[] I grab the card from the shuffler, get up from the table, and try to tear it, but cannot. Instead, I just shove it in my mouth.
