Default $50 NL, TT on a 9-high flop, turn pairs the 9...

Villain is 48/32/4.2 over 50 hands...I think I have to either call both the turn and river (or raise the turn) or fold the turn. I think my line (after the flop) is probably the worst I could have taken. But...thoughts?

I bet bigger on the flop and I push the turn.
