Default OK to ColdCall preflop on button?

Playing against standard mediumlimit players, decent preflop, pretty poor postflop.

What is the preflop action on the following hands? Fold, 3bet or ColdCall?

Party Poker
Limit Holdem Ring game
Limit: $15/$30
5 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is Button with :qs :js
UTG calls, [color=#cc0000]CO raises</font>, Hero calls, SB calls, BB calls, UTG calls.

Flop: :ad :4h :as (10SB, 5 players)
SB checks, [color=#cc0000]BB bets</font>, UTG calls, CO folds, Hero folds, SB calls.

Party Poker
Limit Holdem Ring game
Limit: $20/$40
6 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is Button with :qd :jd
UTG calls, UTG+1 folds, [color=#cc0000]CO raises</font>, Hero folds, 2 folds, UTG calls.

Results:
Final pot: 5.5SB

depends on the pfr and the blinds. i don't mind the call if the blinds are loose.

I like the cold call better than three betting or folding. Good chance for a four or five way pot which QJs needs to be profitable here.
